Refund policy

At Tulsa Replay, we want you to be happy with every purchase. Because we sell used media, we inspect each item before shipping, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, email us at info@specialtieslee.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Unplayable Items If an item arrives defective, scratched, or unplayable, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@specialtieslee.com. We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice. You won't need to return the item in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was incorrectly sent.
