Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• USPS Media Mail — Available for DVDs, Blu-rays, VHS tapes, video games, and other eligible media. Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days. This is our most affordable option.
• Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through USPS.

Damaged or Lost Packages We take care to package every item securely. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at info@specialtieslee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to make it right.
